One of the most prestigious tournaments the “Abu Dhabi
World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship” will start today in Abu Dhabi, UAE
and will last until April 28.
This competition amazes with its unprecedented scale: this
year more than 9 000 participants from all over the world have been registered
and are ready to compete at the tournament. Moreover, it is a great chance for
them to earn a good prize because this year the winners` pot of the
championship sums up to $1 million!
Within 13 days of the tournament there will be
exciting fights. Both the youngest athletes from 6 years old and professionals
of the highest level will compete at the sports arena. In addition, athletes with
disabilities will compete at the championship.
Ukraine will be represented at the championship in Abu
Dhabi by 50 sportsmen! There are 8 fighters from the SC “Borets” / ZR Team
Ukraine among them. SC “Borets” sportsmen try not to miss such great sport
events as “Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship” and this year
they once again will try their best to win gold.
