Abu Dhabi Grand Slam: US$ 800k in total prizes for the 2017/2018 season

 The 2017/2018 season of the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Jiu-Jitsu World Tour is set to start on July 15, in Tokyo, Japan.

The new season will give away over US$ 800,000 in prizes, with each of the five legs awarding over $125k and the Abu Dhabi leg awarding $195k. The prizes will be awarded to winners and medalists of all belts as well as to the best team of each stop. Black Belt winners in all categories will receive cash prizes of: 1st – $2,500 | 2nd – $1,500 | 3rd- $1,000. The Best Academy in each of the five host cities will receive cash prizes.
